Incredible Cenote Diving Such an amazing experience scuba diving in cenotes Eden and Tajma Ha. It was my first time diving in a cenote and Julio made me feel very comfortable. I also had such a nice time chatting on the drive to the site and enjoyed my whole day! Would definitely use Koox again if I come back to Playa del Carmen!

An Amazing Cenote Experience If you're planning to visit Tulum and want to go diving or snorkeling in cenotes, Koox Adventures comes with my highest recommendations. I had a great time snorkeling in the cenotes of Dos Ojos and El Pit with them. We were a small group which I liked a lot and in the end, we were all super satisfied. Both cenotes were very beautiful, especially Dos Ojos, where we swam between rock formations. We even saw some big fishes. The organization of the tour was on point and the guides and instructors were great too.

Best Cenotes Tour and Best Guide! Can’t say enough good things about the attention to detail, customer service, professionalism, and dive skills of the staff at Koox. Ahead of our trip, we corresponded with the staff on Instagram and received extremely helpful, prompt, informative responses and were immediately impressed. Once we arrived, we found the shop staff very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable. Julio was one of the best guides for our Cenote dives that we could have imagined. Perfect Adventurous/Cultural Day Trip! Perfect day trip away from beach resorts with well rounded adventurous and cultural experiences. Would do a scuba trip with the same company next time!Started the day off punctually at 8am with no hassles or stress for our small group of three. Our guide Oliver was super friendly making the hour drive to Cobá enjoyable. At Cobá we had a local guide inform us about interesting Mayan history, practices and the local structures.After hiking the ruins we grabbed lunch with local Mayan cuisine options before heading off to a nature preserve. At the nature preserve we were welcomed with a traditional Mayan ceremony, which we found neat.Next we rappelled down a hole into a small cenote. This was super cool because there were human bones that you could see while snorkeling. Unique cenote experience compared to what we did on our own. Trip was capped off with a zip line over a lagoon and a short canoe back across. Oh and we saw spider monkeys!

Open-Water-Zertifikat; unvergessliche Tauchtage in Tulum Ein Ziel unserer knapp 3-wöchigen Mexikoreise war, das „open water“ Tauchzertifikat zu absolvieren. Wir kamen per Empfehlung unseres Hotel Secret Garden auf diese Tauchschule. Also gingen wir am Vortag unseres ersten Tauchgangs gingen wir zu Koox Tulum ins Büro. Wir wurden gut informiert und konnten sofort buchen. Also ging es am nächsten Tag pünktlich um 8:00 Uhr morgens los. Wir hatten unseren ersten Tauchgang mit Instruktor Victor. Zu unserem Glück hatte niemand anders diesen Kurs gebucht und wir hatten so privaten Unterricht, indem wir bereits sehr viel lernten. Nach dem ersten Tag entschieden wir, die Zertifizierung in Angriff zu nehmen. Darauf folgten Tag zwei und Tag drei.Unser Fazit: Wir durften drei wunderschöne und sehr lehrreiche Tage erleben die uns ewig in Erinnerung bleiben! Wir hatten einen Coach den man sich nur so wünschen kann. Mit welcher Geduld und unglaublichem Herzblut und Leidenschaft uns Victor das tauchen beigebracht hat war beeindruckend. Nach dem ersten Tauchgang begrüsste er uns an der Oberfläche mit den Worten: „welcome to my world“. Victor lebt das tauchen und dieses Gefühl gibt er sehr authentisch weiter. Favoloso Abbiamo scoperto questa piccola agenzia in Tulum che offre dei tour in barca di una qualità pazzesca. Abbiamo optato per un tour “privato”. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e siamo subito partiti. Partenza da un hotel paradisiaco. Appena arrivati una piccola barca ci attendeva sul molo dell’hotel. Lo skipper ci ha protati a vedere le rovine di Tulum dal mare e spiegato nel dettaglio la storia del sito. Vedere le rovine dal mare è un esperienza unica ed incantevole. Sarete soli voi dinnanzi alla magia delle rovine. Abbiamo poi proseguito con una tappa snorkeling sulla barriera corallina dove abbiamo incontrato una moltitudine di pesci, coralli e pure le mante! Che dire, un’esperienza unica! Alla fine del tour ci hanno offerto dei burritos e della limonata fresca. Di tutti i viaggi quello in Messico è stato il più favoloso e quest’esperienza la consigliamo vivamente. Bravissimi a tutta la team koox e grazie a Carlito che ci ha accompagnati e offerto questo viaggio spettacolare.

Once in a lifetime My husband and I spent the day with our tour guide Oliver who drove us out to Villa Guadalupe to meet our local guide, 17 year old Charlie. Charlie led the way through the jungle pointing out both healing and harmful plants. He guided us through the El Alamo cave, performed a beautiful Mayan ceremony and opened our eyes to the cave’s outstanding beauty and peace. Later we swam in the cenote Aktun Chacmool which was crystal clear, cool, refreshing water and a perfect way to end the tour. We are so grateful for the opportunity we were given to experience such beauty! Can not say enough great things about our guides Oliver and Charlie! I have been to Mexico many times but our trip to Tulum was by far the most memorable and such an unexpected life moment!

Incredible, magical nature experience! I had the most magical experience diving with Koox Adventure at Casa Cenote. The instructors were super helpful and explained everything professionally. It is the most beautiful world under water in Mexico, I will remember this for the rest of my life. The photos the crew take of you while driving is great! I saw fish, blue crabs, birds diving after food, and a crocodile! The landscape and colors under water was so beautiful. Thank you for having me!

2 tank dive and snorkeling We were a group of 10, 7 snorkelers and 3 divers. We dove / snorkeled the Dos Ojos and Casa Cenote. Both were great, but Dos Ojos is a bucket list dive - very unique. Victor was our dive guide and Hanna was our snorkel guide... and they were awesome. Highlight of snorkeling was the bat cave at Dos Ojos.
